Alessandra Equine is a small, family-run operation founded in 2021.
After a lifetime spent learning, working, and riding, we’ve built a business that puts our horsemanship to the test — and our passion at the centre of everything we do.
THE TEAM
ALEX
Alex is responsible for all aspects of horse training at Alessandra Equine. With a background in showjumping and a strong foundation in both equestrian and racing, he brings a well-rounded skill set to every horse he works with.
Originally training in Europe, Alex later moved to Australia where he rode for some of the country’s leading trainers. His diverse experience — from the arena to the racetrack — has shaped his calm, confident approach and given him a deep understanding of how to prepare young horses for long and successful careers.
CASSANDRA
Cassandra oversees all ground operations at Alessandra Equine, managing the daily care, health, and overall welfare of the horses. With over 10 years’ experience running both racing and dressage stables, she brings a calm, capable presence and a sharp eye for detail to the team.
Her background across disciplines gives her a deep understanding of what young horses need to thrive — both physically and mentally — and ensures every horse in our care is handled with consistency, compassion, and professionalism.
